Terms of Service — Tablić Online

Novčići u igri su samo za igru — nemaju vrednost van nje, ne mogu da se isplate ni prenesu, i kupovina se ne vraća osim ako to zakon ili prodavnica ne nalažu. Varanje, botovi i uznemiravanje drugih igrača znače gubitak naloga. Igra je besplatna i pružena „takva kakva jeste"; trudimo se da radi, ali ne garantujemo da nikad neće pasti. Nalog možeš obrisati kad hoćeš (Profil → Obriši nalog).

1. Who we are and what this is

Tablić Online is a multiplayer version of the classic Balkan card game Tablić, for iOS and Android, developed by Vuk Tasić ("we", "us"). These Terms are the agreement between you and us for using the game. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.

How we handle your data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tablić Online. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13, and we delete such accounts when we learn of them.

3. Your account

You can play against the bot without an account. Online play requires either a guest session or an account created with an email address, or through Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in.

You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your login details to yourself. Do not share your account, sell it, or let someone else use it. Tell us at tasic.vuk007@gmail.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Choose a username that is not offensive, not impersonating someone else, and not infringing anyone's rights. We may change or reset a username that breaks this rule.

4. Coins and purchases

Tablić Online uses in-game coins ("novčići"). Coins are a limited, revocable licence to use a feature inside the game — they are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and not your property.

Coins have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or sold.
You can earn coins by playing or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad, or buy them as an in-app purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by us. We never see your card or billing details.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law or granted under the App Store or Google Play refund policies. Refund requests go to Apple or Google, not to us.
Unused coins are lost when you delete your account, and are not refunded.
We may change the price of coin packages, or what coins buy in the game, going forward. Coins you already hold are not taken away by such a change.

5. Advertising

Rewarded ads are optional and play only when you start one yourself to earn coins. There are no banners, pop-ups, or ads between hands. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see the Privacy Policy for what data that involves and how consent works in the EU/EEA and UK.

6. Fair play and conduct

While using Tablić Online, you agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, modified clients, or any automation to play or to gain coins;
manipulate matches, collude with other players against an opponent, or deliberately abandon games to affect results;
harass, threaten, insult, or spam other players, or send hateful or sexual content in chat or in your username;
attempt to access other players' accounts or our systems, probe or overload our servers, or reverse engineer the game except where the law expressly allows it;
use the game for anything unlawful, or for real-money gambling of any kind.

If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, report it to tasic.vuk007@gmail.com instead of using it.

7. Suspension and termination

If you break these Terms, we may remove content, reset coins gained unfairly, suspend your account, or close it permanently. For serious or repeated breaches — cheating, harassment, fraud — we may act without prior warning. If you believe we got it wrong, write to tasic.vuk007@gmail.com and we will look at it again.

You can close your account at any time in the app:Profile → "Obriši nalog" (Delete account). Deletion is permanent and immediate, and unused coins are lost.

8. The game itself

Tablić Online, including its code, artwork, card designs, and name, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game — nothing more. Anything you upload, such as an avatar, stays yours; you give us permission to store and display it inside the game so the game can work.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may take the service offline for maintenance or permanently. We will give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where we can.

9. No warranty

Tablić Online is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and fair, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of lost matches or lost progress. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost coins, lost progress, or lost profits arising from your use of the game. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the effective date above, and — for changes that materially affect you — tell you in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, delete your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Serbia, or before the courts of your own country where the law gives you that right.
